1. Current Progress

Uploaded and updated meeting minutes and slide links
Improved Github Discussions; added categories and sections as needed.
Created three forms for use in GitHub Discussions
Created three templates for use in GitHub Issues
Created Teams, and sub-teams
Created preliminary GitHub Project for the Admin team to be used across project showing progress throughout or roadblocks
Other minor maintenance as need to support the above
Created Master-Project-Board here. Not complete, just getting it up and available.

2. What's Next?

1. Continue fine-tuning GitHub features for use with the project and Collective
2. Attempt to use YAML IDs from the forms for use in other documentation - create ID calls
3. Create a slide deckl template that can be used within GitHub or possibly automatically taking form data and populating slides - automtation
4. Upload this weeks meeting minutes and slide deck
5. Assist developers with migrating repo to DRep Collective and fine tune permissions as necessary and requested
6. Whatever pops up ????
7. Oh, create webhooks between GitHub and Discord server; this is as needed. ?? What info is necessary to share with Discord that may intice others to join the Build-Team?

3. Opportunities, Obstructions, Assistance...

1. Learning curve. Unfamiliar with creating templates or forms within GitHub - accomplished both within 12 hrs.
2. General unfamiliarity with the various platform tools available and possible integrations.
3. Asyncing updates is difficult given different timezones, IRL work/family, etc. <-- a statement/observation
