2.1.10 Windows 10 32-bit crash after several seconds

Hello.
Version 2.1.10 crashes after several seconds of run time on Windows 10 32-bit.
2.1.8 worked fine.
Setting the log level to 0 reveals nothing besides server response entries.
Trying with the provided example config changes nothing (perhaps it crashes faster, after a couple of seconds).

Running it from a console reveals this:
