Is a restart of DNSCrypt required to apply the changes of the blocklist after combining the filterlists?

@jedisct1 Alright! Is there any mechanism built-in to auto-restart dnscrypt after the file has been updated?
I am on Arch and so far created the following service + timer:

/etc/systemd/system/dnscrypt-filterlist-update.service:

Description=DNSCrypt Filterlist Update
Requisite=dnscrypt-proxy.service

[Service]
User=root
WorkingDirectory=/usr/share/dnscrypt-proxy/utils/generate-domains-blocklist/
ExecStart=generate-domains-blocklist --ignore-retrieval-failure -o blocklist.txt

/etc/systemd/system/dnscrypt-filterlist-update.timer:

Description=Run 15min after boot and every 5 hours (DNSCrypt Filterlist Update)
