dnscrypt-proxy resolve dns but won't browse with web browser #2396

Hi
I start dnscrypt-proxy and it resolve dns via ping, dig, nslookup, ... but when i try to curl return this:

curl youtube.com

FYI: 10.10.34.36 ip belong to isp firewall that block access to some sites.

Try

curl https://www.youtube.com

Visiting blocked sites is in the domain of proxy/VPN.

also try with web site that not blocked by isp, return this:

It's likely that your ISP is not just blocking at DNS level, but also redirecting IP ranges to their servers.

@jedisct1 is there any way to find it what's really happen? is it possible to bypass that too with dnscrypt-proxy?
