I need help with dnscrypt-proxy 1.9.5

To Whom it May Concern:

I am writing concerning dnscrypt-proxy 1.9.5. I installed it on ASUS RT-AC66U and my OS is asus-merlin 3.80. I get the following error "[ERROR] Invalid certificate grace period:" Does anyone know how to fix it? If so, please let me know. Please keep in mind, I am not a programmer. I am sure it is an easy fix, but I am a novice.

Is it possible to get newer versions of programs compiled for my OS, I would like to get the latest version of DNSMASQ compiled with all the functionality it has for my router. I have a number of programs I would like to upgrade to the latest version, such as the above dnscrypt-proxy. The router is ASUS RT-AC66U, the OS is asuswrt-merlin 3.803.80

Does anybody know where I can find ipkg for my router.
