[SOLVED] Unable to download DNSCrypt's mybase.txt blacklist with the HTTP Downloader application

I'm unable to delete this post so simple edit:
No idea what happened, just tried again and this time download succeeded.
Sorry for the bother, though I had tested thoroughly before posting this discussion

Nothing to do with the DNSCrypt-proxy application.

Every morning I update DNSCrypt-proxy blacklists. Among the 3 domain blacklists there is https://download.dnscrypt.info/blacklists/domains/mybase.txt

I update these lists with the following application:
HTTP Downloader 1.0.5.0
https://github.com/erickutcher/httpdownloader
https://erickutcher.github.io/#HTTP_Downloader

This morning HTTP Downloader was unable to download https://download.dnscrypt.info/blacklists/domains/mybase.txt : the connection mentioned stopped.

Nevertheless I could download the file from Firefox.
Never encountered this problem before, other two blocklists downloaded flawlessly with HTTP Downloader

I mention this here because mybase.txt is offered by DNSCrypt.
