dnscrypt-proxy and windows domain controller (DNS)

hello,
there is a Windows domain network and there is a domain controller (Win serv 2019) with the DNS server role installed,
I want to install dnscrypt-proxy on a domain controller. will this work correctly? It is necessary that all external DNS requests from domain members go through dnscrypt-proxy.
what settings should i do?

1. domain controller - (?) network card setup, (?) server forwarder
2. (?) dnscrypt-proxy config
3. (?) domain members - network card settings (if required)
