Is it possible to use cloaking_rules as Preload cache?

Hi, I'm reading the Wiki, and it tells that

Target names are resolved and CNAME records are flattened. If the IP address for a target changes, the new IP will be automatically be picked up.

I'm wondering is it possible to use this feature as "preload cache", which means, I provide a list which I visit most, and it looks like:

google.com google.com
wikipedia.org wikipedia.org
some-ddns-domain.com some-ddns-domain.com

And the cloaking feature can keep them the latest value and response for queries about them immediately, is that possible?
