Help resetting up Dnscrypt-proxy - Messed up with upgrades

Thank you, do you know why hard-coded stamps doesn't work anymore ?
So now, i can resolve address with clients but i've many insecure entries not depending on which method i choose (doh,anonymized,odoh...) and have some dnsmasq related warning. And i'm actually using odoh method.
Is there anything wrong with the 01-pihole.conf file from the issue i've opened earlier ?

Servers are constantly updated. If you hardcode something, it will never be updated, and eventually get outdated and break.

I don't use Pi-Hole and I'm not sure about what the "secure/non-secure" web page shows, but presumably it prints "secure" only when a domain name was configured for DNSSEC.

Only very few domains on the Internet are configured for DNSSEC, so seeing "not secure" here is not something to worry about. The results would be the same with any resolver, and DNSSEC doesn't add much security anyway.

But is it normal that after a certain amount of time that i can't get any answers from odoh servers unless i restart the service with a stop/start ?
