Problem with xsl files in portals directory #12

Describe the bug
Module has trouble with xsl files in the portals directory
To Reproduce
DNN 9.8.0 Newsfeeds 5.1.0
I copied Default.xsl from \DesktopModules\News\Resources\Transformations to \Portals\0\Newsfeeds\Transformations
I thnk configured the module to use Default.xsl [Portal} as the Feed Transformation. The module shows NOTHING.
With the module configured to use Default.xsl (Use Default Transformation from the dropdown), the module displays the news feed perfectly.
Expected behavior
No change, as the two files are identical.
