Missing readme steps

I think your readme is missing some info on the setup. Why do I need to copy the guild id and league id but never use them?

@mptheisen The bot supports multiple guilds/leagues so these values are used by the bot to keep what guild goes with what league straight.

I will add something to this effect to the readme. Thanks for the input!
