Flow data are not properly/fully processed/corrected.

• Some raw data are abandoned probably due to time rounding.
• Some flow data becomes unexpectedly large after correction. It has happened both with the old and new scripts.
• It seems that the calcuation of s_motor_vehicles is not consistant. Some are float and some are integer.
