/delete deletes file outside the templates folder #61

Describe the bug
When using .. you can make /delete folders outside of the templates folder
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Do /delete ../<anything> with any folder, preferably with a folder you are fine with deleting
Expected behavior
It's rejected.

- I have tried disabling various options to see if they cause the issue, such as new ones or ones I have recently enabled.
