Crash when using advanced middle click

When using Advanced Middle Click in a custom code chest menu, the game crashes if you middle click an item in the chest more than once. This persists through chests, and is somewhat inconsistent.

To Reproduce

1. Set Custom Code Chest Menu to SMALL or LARGE
2. Enable Advanced Middle Click
3. Open a code chest and middle click an item in the chest a couple times
