Feature Request: Task Overlay for Spectate Only (Toggle)

Essentially, I think that the task overlay you can enable is great, but I only want it around when I'm spectating a character. It can be turned off manually, which is fine, but I would love a setting for it to automatically turn on when I spectate a dwarf, and turn off when I stop.
