Doesn't work with proxy server + self-signed corporate SSL certs

At work I have to use proxy server + self-signed corporate SSL certs. When I am launching yamusic-tui it is eternally loading and after I am getting an error (see Logs below)

My proxy server:

HTTP_PROXY=http://<username>:<password>@proxy.corporate.com:8080
HTTPS_PROXY=http://<username>:<password>@proxy.corporate.com:8080

System + self-signed corporate certs location:

"/etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt"

Logs:

cat /tmp/yamusic-tui/yamusic-tui.log
>>> [ ERROR ][(20) 14:13:23] - failed to connect to the Yandex server: Get "https://api.music.yandex.net/account/status": dial tcp 87.250.250.246:443: connect: connection timed out
