In the 13 June 2025 meeting, Ich mentioned using an LLM for verification of new instrument names. I think this is a great idea. We can ask it "Does [NEW_NAME] mean [EXISTING_NAME] in [LANGUAGE]?" (e.g., Does clavecin mean harpsichord in French?). We can constrain the model to reply with either Yes, No, or Unsure. If it's No or Unsure, someone can look at it manually and potentially add a Source Needed tag.
