"bulk edit" hangs?

Trying to change the feast for the 12 chants in https://cantusdatabase.org/source/696090/chants/, I end up havin a multi-minute hang (and that's after an attempt in which I was also changing a few other fields--gave up on that).

edit: came back to this issue this morning, and the edit wheel is still spinning!

tried again today (this time changing the position numbers) and this seems to be broken and I'm not really sure why.
