Some items are duplicated when searching sources by provenance

Certain items in the dropdown list for source provenance are duplicated. The second screenshot shows Utrecht listed twice. Some items are also the same place but in different languages (e.g., Venice and Venezia).

the different languages are, I think, because this is just a free-entry field from the user point of view. But the duplication of Utrecht is weird, especially since one of the Utrechts gives no results! Ditto one of the Vercellis.
