should sources have to have segments? #1872

Looking at this source (https://cantusdatabase.org/source/1000201) I was curious what else was in the same institution, only to find it's not listed there! https://cantusdatabase.org/institution/265
I'm assuming this is because it has no associated segment--it's a recent addition, and I don't think choosing a segment was part of the procedure when the indexer started. Obviously we can give it one, make sure new trainees know what "segment" means, etc etc, but I wonder if it makes sense to have it be a required field? I can envision this scenario where over time we accumulate all these sources that should be in "Cantus Database" but aren't, and are hard to find because of that.
