Revisit movies #39
Description
While the engine supports playing movies (as cutscenes), there is some missing functionality for when they are used as animations:
- there's no looping support
- movies with transparency are not supported
MOVIEWAITmight not be accurate to how it works in the original engine (it's implemented by a guess)
