add jsp page for annotatiing annotations (if necessary and possible)

Annotating annotations does not work well, possibly because of that wired-marker cannot parse xml properly: DASISH/dwan-client-wiredmarker#18 If it cannot be fixed, may be it is worth to add the jsp page where you can annotate annotation, with some simplified solution, if possible.
