should we support NCs in their internal collection?

each NC has its own way to collect information through its national consortium. Should we/ do we want to support them more with this step?

This is really complicated, and I think worthy of discussion a vive voix. On one hand, yes, on the other, National Consortia are so diverse it may be difficult. One thing we could do is provide an empty .docx or gdocs that they could copy and use to collect;
