Glibc and libflac not found? Even though they are Installed

When attempting to install ungoogled-chromium and specifically the binary version I run into a issue with this:

[lily@void-uwu Downloads]$ sudo xbps-install -vR $PWD ungoogled-chromium
Password:
Found ungoogled-chromium-139.0.7258.127_1 in repository /home/lily/Downloads
MISSING: glibc>=2.41_1
MISSING: libflac>=1.5.0_1
Transaction aborted due to unresolved dependencies.

I know I have both of these dependencys installed on my computer. I am wondering what is causing the issue and how I can stop it from happening.

I remember during the time i was building this version flac was also updated and the build was failing for some reason. Can't remember the exact steps I took, but I think i had to manually force an update for the flac package and it's dependencies from my local repository because the remote repositories were still pointing at the wrong version.
Try later installing the .154 version the is being build at the moment.
