Very nice job Jocelyn! This is a cool dataset.

It's worthwhile looking into how food security affects the distribution of CRP, rather than just the mean value.

I would also mention a little more about CRP at the top (I didn't know that CRP is related to cardiovascular disease, and this isn't mentioned until the end).

Very minor point: consider printing your entire dataframe, to let the reader scroll through, rather than using head().
