Very nice job Jocelyn!
It might be quicker to do something like

df %>% 
   mutate(across(<cols>,as_factor))

where <cols> is a vector of column names you wish to mutate.

Also, it's worthwhile mentioning that there are presumably far more "Regular Schools" than other schools. That could explain some of the difference you see there.
