Add descriptions to tags

Add a small description to the fw release tags
"Alpha" - This is an Alpha release
"Beta" - This is a Beta release
"Official" - This was built by Caddx
"Unknown" - We can't fully trace the origin of these files
"Stable" - Caddx has released this as stable, ok for daily use
