Bold text from RTF not detected as bold

Bug Description
Bold text from RTF not detected as bold.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Import RTF with some bold text
2. Save As HTML
3. Re-open
4. Select bold text
   Bold indicator fails to highlight

Expected behavior
Bold indicator highlights as it does for bold created by QPrompt
