Get ARM64 Flatpak to build

Looking forward to a new Flatpak build — current version (v1.1.6, Date: 2023-04-09) still works well, but would be great to update to v2.1 with a newer KDE runtime!

I've tested it locally. It builds and runs flawlessly from KDE Neon (stable, x86_64), but fails to build from Debian Trixie (beta) when using an ARM 64 CPU. If no new runtime has come out by the time we get ARM 64 to build locally and translations are complete, the updated Flatpak should use runtime version "6.9", as seen in the aforementioned link.

Thank you so much for the quick and helpful reply! I really appreciate the work you're putting into keeping QPrompt up to date — especially with the new runtime and the Flatpak build improvements. Looking forward to seeing it land on Flathub when it's ready. Great work!

Thanks! I know it's been a while, but I had to re-do the installers for all other platforms, which has taken a while.
While I enjoy doing this kind of work, I hope there is less going forward so I can focus on features again.
