The language setting in the qprompt-2.0.0-win64.exe software is ineffective.

The setting doesn't appear to work because we're in the process of porting our translations from the library that we used for v1.x to the one we've moved to for v2x. In reality the setting works (on Windows and Linux, not on MacOS), but the translations don't take effect because there are no translations.
