Save scrolling speed per document

Artist in live situation have sets of songtitles ( > 10) and the songs all use different scrolling time for operators it would be fine also to setup and save the speed of the scrolling time from start on

This needs that we first have the means to save custom metadata to documents.

Ideally this should combine with the ability to work with multiple documents at the same time, which was requested in #63.

@24se7en, just to be clear, by speed do you mean the value that's visualized on the speed slider, or the one visualized on the velocity slider? I'm assuming it's the one from the speed slider.

Is it possible to save the speed of my script, now i set the scrolling speed as example to 6 and save the script and close Qprompt and when i start up Qprompt or select new and load saved script the speed is 0?

@24se7en Thanks for the clarification. I was referencing the wrong ticket (#175 instead of #172) and led by my own writing rather than one you originally wrote. Sorry about that.

This ticket (#174) exists because it's a pre-requirement to implement that bullet point in what you asked. It also happens to be about what you're asking now. So, here's a corrected answer:

It is not yet possible to save the speed to the script. Back when I filed this ticket I didn’t know how to add this feature, so this went into the backlog. I have a clear idea on how to add this today, but I haven’t gotten around to it yet. I don’t expect to get to it for several months tho. A handful of text formatting bugs and a couple of features that were voted in the features survey have higher priority for after v2.0 gets released. That said, it is safe to say that we’ll have this feature for v2.1.

Any solution will be helpfull because now at the beginning of the script i have to start the script, set the speed again, stop and start again
