Textures Don't Load in MC 1.21.90+

Some of the Lightsources are broken after the latest Minecraft-update 1.21.90
for example sealanterns, Lanterns, ... are broken

It seems that this is an issue with MCBE — it doesn't load RTX textures at all, so blocks do not emit light and the textures from this resource package are not applied.
I have already reported this bug to Mojang, but have not received any response so far.

Minecraft issue: Here are relevant bug reports:

There is only one path to working around this issue:

1. Launch the game using LaunchMinecraftRTX.bat
   The script is simply to enable ray tracing before the game is launched. This avoids several issues that are tied to enabling ray tracing after the game is freshly relaunched.
2. Once the game is open and the pack is active, head to video settings and find the option called Allow Graphics Mode Switching In-Game and toggle this option (turn it off and back on, or if it is off simply turn it on)

Now, you can join the world with ray tracing enabled correctly, allowing textures to load in.

P.S.
Don't turn off ray tracing before the game is closed. This way, you will not have to repeat step 1.
But step 2. (re-toggling that option) must be repeated every time the game is reopened.

The second bug is temporary and should go away with the release of Minecraft 1.21.100.
This issue will remain open for visibility.

There is only one problem left but not really problematic for me. I carrefuly followed your step multiple time. Now block emit light but some less thank other it wasn't like this before. Doesn't know if there is a fix for that.
Also I only enabled rtx normal but block still look flat.

@Cr0usti Looking at the image I can tell that is definitely not Vanilla RTX.
Can you check if there is another pack overwriting it?

I finally found a solution by not enabling the pack in minecraft global ressources but in the world ressources, and the problem is fixed. It works like before.

It is not required to enable the resource pack in world settings. It shouldn't make any difference.

The key pieces of information are:

1. Ray tracing must be pre-enabled before the game is launched.
2. The "Allow In-Game Graphics Mode Switching" option must be retoggled in video settings before joining the world.

The first is achievable in several ways:
Using the LaunchMinecraftRTX.bat batch script, through options.txt file, or alternatively by enabling the pack, joining the world, enabling ray tracing, then reloading the world to avoid several other bugs tied to enabling RTX for the first time after the game is freshly launched.

Once ray tracing is enabled correctly, there's the second issue of PBR textures not loading in, which is worked around by retoggling the Allow Graphics Switching option in video settings prior to joining a world.

As it stands, the second issue is temporary (resolved in upcoming MC 1.21.100 update)
But the first issue will likely continue to plague the game since it's been for a long time with no fix coming from Mojang.

For that reason, I recommend everyone to save the batch script somewhere and use it to launch Minecraft with RTX.

None of the proposed solutions fixed it for me. RTX normals not loading at all. Clear glass and water only loading if resource packs are active only in the world and not in global resource packs.

@sergioblesa Try following the guide more carefully, it is bulletproof!

1. Launch the game with the LaunchMinecraftRTX batch script
2. Activate Vanilla RTX in global or world settings.
3. Head to video settings, find "Allow In-Game Graphics Mode Switching"
   If it is already enabled -> Disable & Reenable it (Retoggle)
   If it is disabled -> Enable it once.
   If the game is restarted, "Allow In-Game Graphics Mode Switching" must be retoggled again, or else resources won't load properly.
