Sprint 3 User Story 10: bidding for cards #90
Description
As a user, I would like to place bids on cards for sale
- Add a field to submit a bid on a marketplace listing
- Place the bid on the marketplace contract
- Create a clock marketplace contract that allows timed auctions which accept bids (not just buys)
- Test functionality
