1. Who is the issuer?

2. Primary use case: international or local payments or both?

3. Where is the CRC going to be held?

4. Will your stablecoin be managed by a central entity (your company/organization), or will it be decentralized with governance distributed among stakeholders (e.g., users, investors)?

5. Will it be accessible via a mobile app or web interface?
