Handling for TOO_MANY_CONCURRENT_STREAMS

If you share your account and/or have too many parallel downloads set, it may fail with the error in the title. Retrying here obviously doesn't make sense, so I'd really enjoy a feature that automatically pauses downloads in that case instead of failing, or at least a specific note instead of just saying that the download failed.
By the way, I don't have logs of that scenario right now but it should be easily recreated by opening two browser tabs both streaming and starting two concurrent downloads.
