Chapters & Audio Quality

I can not for the life of me get chapters for any episode of any of the series I've tried. I download English Dub + Sign sub only.

I also have a problem getting the Audio Quality I'm choosing. No matter what I choose, I always get 192 Kb/s audio, which is cool, but I prefer consistency for my archives, so I'd really like to be able to get the 128 Kb/s audio. I don't have either of these problems with the current software I use. So, I have 2 questions...

1. Is there a fix for the ability to get Chapters in the works?
2. Is there a fix for the ability to properly choose which Audio Quality is downloaded in the works?

I really like this software, and would really like to start using it full time. The History tab is the big selling point for me. But these 2 issues make that impossible at this point in time.

NOTE: I did search open and closed Issues, along with the whole of the Discussion area for anything mentioning Chapters and/or Audio/Audio Quality. I wasn't able to find anything about them. If I somehow missed them, I apologize for any inconvenience this post may have caused.

they haven’t added any chapters for the new series yet. maybe they messed something up, or they just don’t plan to add chapters anymore

the audio quality issue is probably a bug, and I’ll look into it

Edit: it seems like they also changed the audio bitrates for new releases, and there’s no 128 kb/s audio anymore

This software listed the audio as 128 Kb/s, which is the reason I stated 128 Kb/s. MediaInfo also shows 136 Kb/s to be 128 Kb/s once muxed with the video. The 200 Kb/s shows as 192 kb/s once muxed with the video using this software.

As for the chapters, the following series and episode does have chapters. Shown below is what I get using similar software...
