Newbie that needs help

I've got a few problems/questions and I'm betting I'll have more in the future, so instead of making a bunch of discussion threads I'll just put them all here.

1. I can't find the ./lib/ folder to put the decryption tools in, is this something I need to make?
2. How do I actually open the app? Is this something I can only do once I have all the files needed?
3. When it says "Create a folder named widevine in the root directory of Crunchy-Downloader" is the location that it's talking about the folder that has the license and readme files in it?
4. Is there anyone that could help me with Widevine files, on an external forum like discord if needed?

You just downloaded the repository, not the software build, download it from here.

You'll find the lib folder there.
We can't help you about the widevine stuff as it's not legal, you'll have to do your own research.
To open the app just double click the .exe file.
