Description
Summary:
I'm using Jet Product Gallery to display images for custom fields. The thumbnails are set to show media, but I've noticed a UX issue:
When a user clicks on the last visible thumbnail, the gallery does not automatically shift or scroll to show the next hidden images, making it unclear that more images are available.
Details:
In galleries with more images than the visible thumbnails, clicking the last (rightmost) visible thumbnail does not auto-scroll or bring the next hidden image into view.
This can confuse users, as they may think they’ve reached the end, even when more images exist.
Ideally, when the last visible thumbnail is clicked, the thumbnail bar should auto-scroll/shift to reveal the next set of images, signaling to users that the gallery continues.
Request:
Please consider adding an option or improving the thumbnail navigation so that when the last visible thumbnail is clicked, the gallery automatically scrolls to show subsequent images.
This would greatly improve the user experience for galleries with many images.
Workaround Noted:
Support suggested increasing the number of visible thumbnails as a workaround. However, this does not address usability for galleries with many images, especially on smaller screens.
Thank you for considering this feature!
