How to use with nextjs example app

**Describe the bug**
unable to use with next js starter electron app
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. create a application using yarn create next-app --example with-electron frameless
2. now try to integrate as per documentation 
3. It will throw exception
4. By disabling SSR also no luck

**Expected behavior**
Custom titlebar should come
