Profile doesn't work in VS iis express (HTTP ERROR 500)

I try to setup the AI profile press the open AI button with link https://localhost:44349/Admin/ai/profile/create/OpenAI
but show the error message "
This page isn’t working
localhost is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500"

I use the visual studio 2022 in iis express. Please advise what might get wrong in my end?
