"Disable all mods" doesn't disable JavaScript.

as title says, after install, now when i turn off all mods, some of them are still persist even after reloading browser, check image for example

also better find bar still have some impact and i suppose other also

@lolipodass it probably doesn't work with JS so ill fix that soon.
