Description
The current name is based on the outdated idea that there are submessages and messages and that those two are distinct concepts. This is not the case anymore for a long time and the name should reflect that.
At this point the type is really just a message with the information that you want a reply.
Something like ReplyOnMsg or MsgWithReply? Other suggestions are welcome.
