What happened?

I initially installed this mod on a better minecraft instance to test how it would behave in a local server I host for friends. Ever since I removed the mod after said testing, the hostile mobs that usually spawn frequently in the overworld have lowered. I can run around an area and only see about 3-7 mobs spawn for an entire night. I have been unable to find Endermen as a whole as well ever since. I have also seen that the spawn rate for non-modded mobs or non-modded structures (or structures that include vanilla based spawns/spawn rates like the nether fortress) have decreased as blazes, wither skeletons, and regular skeletons are barely seen.

This only affected the natural spawn rate of mobs. Spawning through events like raids and other forms like spawners, was not affected from what I have seen. Would I be able to locate which server file EnhancedCelestials edited and switch back the spawn rates the mod changed?

This server was built using the pre-built version that CurseForge provides. The forge version is the same as listed but Forge and the version of the mod is actually on 1.20.1 as Better Minecraft is on 1.20.1.
