Add the option to run the workflow with Cuda.

This seems to be an ideal project to use a gpu with. There's quite a few options for how to do it, so it comes down to what you want to prioritize. Using Cuda focused tools are easier and more widely used than something like Vulkan or OpenGL. But CUDA isn't open sourced and will only run on NVIDIA GPUs.
