Add ability to add/subtract from numeric values from interaction responses

For some layers, we may want do some simple operations (add/subtract) on the value when a user interacts/clicks the map. An example is showing a lossyear for the Global Forest Change layer which returns a value of loss since 2000 (i.e. 17 = 2017).
