Google Drive MCP connect but cannot access files/folders?

I have a google workplace account; ive tried every permission setting, but it cannot see/access anything other than files and folders that claude created itself. Sort of lost as to what to do from here. It can create files/folders and then access them, but even when I put a file in the folder that claude created, it cannot see it.

Hi @morrelljd, if you need to access to all the files that are there in your drive you need the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly scope with your own client_id and client_secret.
