stabilization of v0.1.76

Hello all,

The release of Content version 0.1.76 is scheduled for February 17, 2025.
As part of the release process, a stabilization branch was created.
Issues and PRs that were not solved were moved to the 0.1.77 milestone.

Any bug fixes you would like to include in release 0.1.76 should be
proposed for the stabilization-v0.1.76 and master branches as a measure to avoid
potential conflicts between these branches.

The next version, 0.1.77, is scheduled to be released on May 19, 2025,
with the stabilization phase starting on May 5, 2025.

Hello all,
as you might have noticed, the release of content 0.1.76 has not happened yet.
Providing high quality compliance automation artifacts is our top priority. Therefore, we subject the stabilization branch to rigorous set of tests. And we do it usually multiple times during the stabilization period as fixes are being merged.
Unfortunately, due to a chain of unforeseen coincidences, the last round of those tests takes way longer than previous two rounds which were concluded during stabilization period of this release.
Currently, the next release is most probably planned on the next Monday, February 24th. It might happen that we release earlier, but we don't want to promise that.
We believe that ensuring stability and quality of the released content balances the unexpected delay.
