Call a method on property get

Assume we have a property like this:

[ObservableProperty]
List<TModel> myProperty = new();

and a method to add some data to it:
List<TModel> FetchMyPropertyItems() { ... }

Is there a way to call that method on getting myProperty value ?
something like this in old way:

List<TModel> myProperty 
{
  get=> FetchMyPropertyItems();
}

I tried to do that with
Partial void OnMyPropertyChanged(List<TModel> value){...}
but it doesn't work. is it my mistaken or not ?
