What happened to WeakReferenceMessenger in 8.4.0? #1090

I can't see any documentation of it being removed or deprecated but namespace seems to be gone. |

Yes, I know that it is still in repository. I was a bit too vague I suppose. It might be there in the same place as before. But something sure has changed ;-) If you upgrade to 8.4 you get error indications everywhere it is used as you can see in attached image. I know it is still there and project builds just fine but something has changed.
