AlternateColor Bug

ListViewExtensions.AlternateColor does not work correct after removing an item from source.

I am able to reproduce this with the latest. It looks like the sender for ColorItemsVectorChanged is no longer the ItemCollection that we previously stored. It's some underlying native object. I'm wondering if this is a regression bug with the core SDK. There's no reason we shouldn't be getting the ItemCollection as the sender for the event
